BBQ Blau Catering is a barbecue catering business I run, serving Texas-style slow-smoked brisket, ribs, and barbacoa with a Northeastern twist for private events, graduations, and corporate gatherings across Connecticut and Westchester.

Flying

General aviation is a longtime interest of mine, and most of my time in the cockpit has been spent flying Cessna 172s.

Tenor Sax

I play tenor saxophone and placed second at a National Jazz Festival competition.

Snow & Water Skiing

Skiing, on both snow and water, is another way I like to spend time outdoors.
